Paint Process

All furniture I have refinished will have the appropriate preparation carried out prior to painting.

I use top quality paint and each piece of furniture will have had numerous coats of paint added, ensuring a good depth of colour.

To finish, I use wax which seals and protects the furniture.  Wax also elevates the colour creating an enriched and deepened tone to the paint.

The wax cures over time and this can take up to one month depending on the amibient temperature.  

Treat your piece of furniture with care until the wax has cured completely (use coasters and avoid anything which might damage your furniture).  Once the wax has cured completely your piece of furniture will stand up to normal wear and tear.
